A 30 year old female was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. She had severe pain in all the finger joints as well as in the wrist joints with swelling and was unable to bend the joints. She was unable to do any activities because of the pain. She was on painkillers on a everyday basis and was beginning to have disgestive issues from the medications and still did not receive relief from pain. She also had a family history of rheumatoid arthritis on her mother's side.
